Every Passing Minute Is Another Chance To Turn It All Around.

Our Family

In every dispute between parent and child, both cannot be right, but they may be, and usually are, both wrong. It is this situation which gives family life its peculiar hysterical charm. -Isaac Rosenfeld

Family love is messy, clinging, and of an annoying and repetitive pattern, like bad wallpaper. -Friedrich Nietzsche
It was a dark and stormy night around noon, in June of 1997 when all this mess began.  Despite Teri’s extreme efforts of playing hard to get (including regurgitating a mostly chewed gummy bear onto Norm’s arm at one point), Norm managed to slowly break down her defenses.  Four years (to the month) and many repeated jokes later, we were married.  At this point, Teri had clearly given up all of her hopes and dreams and resigned herself to an eternity of Norm (had Dante met Norm, he would have been forced to add an inner tenth circle to hell).

Three years later, (November 28, 2004) as Teri was slowly coming to grips with her new situation and beginning to regain some confidence and hope for future happiness, we welcomed Jaxon Richard to our clan.  Jaxon quickly squashed what was left of her resolve and she has been docent ever since.

Two years after Jax (June 16, 2007), we added Tyler Robert.  At this point, Teri was already well versed in Transformers and super heroes of all stripes, so Tyler was able to instantly transition into toddlerhood.

Now, (May 9, 2009), we are a month and half (give or take) away from completing (?) our family with our third and final (or so help us) boy.  This boy, known as a-boy-to-be-named-later, may very well serve as the proverbial straw, so we decided to put up this site as a last will and testament.
